The Wheel Of Life
Your Life Has A Flat Tire. Let’s Fix That.
You found your way here because something in your life feels off.
(I think you might already know what that something is)
But that doesn’t mean your life is broken.
It just means:
Your life has a flat tire.
And when you, your car has a flat, all it is, is that your imbalanced. Not broken. Your whole car, or even all four wheels don’t need throwing away.
That one tire needs a little pumping, a little replacing or just a little sealant.
That one tire that’s struggling will effect the whole. The whole car, your whole life.
But the whole life doesn’t need a whole overhaul.
Really just a little tweak here or there.
And you can do that with THE WHEEL OF LIFE.
The Tool That Helps You See What’s Actually Going On
You might already have a sense of what’s off. Most people do.
The Wheel of Life just helps you see it clearly.
The wheel is made up of the main areas that matter in your life - things like:
Health
Career
Finances
Relationships
Family and friends
Fun and adventure
Personal or professional growth
Everyone’s wheel is different.
The categories can change.
What matters is that it reflects your life.
Once you have your areas, you rate each one honestly based on how each area actually feels right now.
0 - being not at all satsified and 10 - totally satisifed.
Just ask “how satisfied are you in each area?” And shade that area in.
What this gives you is perspective.
Instead of a vague sense of “something’s wrong,” you can see:
where your energy is going?
what’s being ignored?
which area is quietly holding everything else back?
Now what?
Let’s Balance It Out
When people see their wheel for the first time, they often think the goal is to get every area to a 10.
It isn’t.
You don’t have unlimited time or energy.
And chasing perfection usually creates more pressure, not more progress.
The real goal is balance.
A wheel doesn’t need to be perfect to move.
It just needs to be less flat.
If one area of your life is significantly lower than the others, the wheel doesn’t roll smoothly.
Everything feels harder than it needs to.
It might be easier to look at those high areas and put more attention there, but the wheel wont role any smoother.
What actually helps is bringing the lowest area up - even slightly.
The One-Point Rule
This is where things shift.
Instead of asking, “How do I fix my life?”
I ask you a much simpler question:
What’s one small step that could move this area up by just one point?
Just one point.
Why one point?
Because confidence doesn’t come from big plans.
It comes from proof.
When you prove to yourself that you can improve one area - even slightly - you build momentum.
And that momentum makes the next step easier.
And the one after that.
Once one area of your life lifts, you’ll often notice something else:
Other areas start to lift too.
More energy in one place creates movement everywhere else.
Where To Go Next
If your life feels off, don’t try to fix everything at once.
Slow down.
Look at the wheel. (You can get a copy below)
Find the lowest point.
And start there.
